it all comes full circle
You may remember unit 208 as the inspiration for this blog, aka Condo No. 1, in which I was unceremoniously dumped as a potential buyer, leading me to Condo No. 2, which I love.
Well, Condo No. 1 finally sold, and is, apparently, back on the market.

I meant to note that. Doesn't seem too "ruduced" to me, but maybe it means something different.
yes, all us journos and former journos (ok I'm the only former journo-type posting) love to catch a typo like "ruduced" wherever possible.

One of the houses we looked at last year is back on the market this year. Apparently it sold, and now they're selling. There are actually houses that we started looking at 2 years ago up here that are still on the market. Silly builders. People aren't going to spend $560,000 on a Cape.
